Kotileipomo Sorsa is a family-owned bakery located in the municipality of Liperi in Eastern Finland. We specialize in traditional Karelian pastries, baking with respect for time-honored traditions and true craftsmanship. All our products are made with an authentic rye crust, and we prioritize locally sourced ingredients in our operations.

We bake with experience, never compromising on tradition. Our selection includes Karelian pies with rice, potato, or barley filling, as well as sultsinas, reindeer pies, carrot pies, and barley–lingonberry rönttönen pastries. Each pie has a soul of its own—its appearance, shape, and size carry a personal message from the baker to the customer.
