Food Fair 2026

24.–26 April 2026 Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre 

The largest, tastiest and most comprehensive food and drink event in Finland, the Food Fair offers the opportunity to try, taste, learn and be inspired by food and drink. The event attracts up to 60 000 consumers, industry professionals and influencers, as well as media representatives.

The Food Fair consists of an exhibition, presentations, talks and information sessions. The Food Fair offers exhibitors an excellent opportunity to talk to consumers interested in good food. The event is a great place to do tastings, build brand awareness, sell products or even launch a new product.

The Food Fair will be held in Messukeskus ground floor halls 1, 2 and 3.

Pricing 2026

The exhibition space price for the Food Fair starts at €135/m². Expostart €670 + VAT (incl. socket 16A 230 V 3,6 kW and energy consumption, publicity and environmental fee) is charged from all exhibitors. The sooner you book your space, the more influence you have on the location of your stand.

Stand package

Ready-made-stand is an easy and cost-effective solution. Ready-made-stand can be complemented into a functional entity with furniture and decorations that match company’s brand.

STANDS INCLUDE:

  • exhibition space
  • white walls and fascia made of a profile or standard structure
  • fascia text or logo, both sides on corner stands (not included in stands with no fascia)
  • carpet tiles (dark green, -red, -blue or -grey) or carpet roll (mottled grey, cardinal red, dark green, violet, turquoise, brown, fuchsia, white, yellow, black, grey, blue, red, green, beige, dark blue, graphite grey or orange)
  • basic lighting (spotlights, one per metre, only on one wall in corner stands)
  • constructing and dismantling, cleaning before the event

Terms of participation

  • Expostart € 670 (incl. socket 16A 230 V 3,6 kW and energy consumption, publicity and environmental fee) 
  • The invoice for participation is due February 24, 2026. You can join the event as long as there are stand spaces available.
  • Kaksikerrosrakenteet: Toisen kerroksen pinta-alasta laskutetaan 50 % paikanvuokrasta.
  • Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, a Publicity and environmental fee € 440 is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
  • An extra charge of € 25 + VAT/invoice is charged, if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
  • VAT will be added to all prices.
  • Please place your orders in time, as prices will increase 40 days before the event.

Please note the following points regarding the stand programme:

  • All stand programs and related activities must take place within the stand area.
  • The volume limit in the stand is 75 db.
  • To ensure the safety of visitors, it is important that activities in the stand – such as throwing objects – do not harm anyone.
